ABC juice Recipe and its benefits

This is one of my favorite juices. It seems fitting as we are all starting back to school to share some of my insight.

1.Beetroots and Carrot together help relieve constipation and stimulate the metabolic system

2. Phyto-nutrients in these veggies help improve digestion due to the fiber content. Thus gut health improves along with balancing your blood sugar.

3. As natural detoxifiers, they help support our liver function in excreting toxins from our body.

4. They are a good source of potassium and other minerals along with easy to digest due to the juice extraction.

5. Juicing helps maintain a healthy weight , improves your exercise stamina along with increased mental clarity so drink a juice a day to keep illness at bay !

Recipe

3-4 large beets with greens

10 medium carrots

4 medium apples

  • I often add ginger root (optional) Store in a ball jar for 3 days in your refrigerator. Yum!
