White Dream Pudding

1 ½ cans of Coconut Milk with full fat

1 cup white chia seeds

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon cardamom

2 cups vanilla almond milk

½ cup of hemp milk

½ cup chopped sunflower seeds

Optional to add a bit of maple syrup to sweeten !

Mix all together and place in mason jars with fruit of your choosing and toppings as well.

You can have fun layering the fruit, nuts, cacao nibs, you name it and enjoy!
